Gluten Free Veggie Pie

Ingredients and Method:

400g finely chopped veggies of your choice

1 finely chopped onion

Mix veggies and onion together

add and mix to the veggies 1 cup of GF flour

Blend 6 eggs and 1/2c oil (I like Rice Bran or Olive) add any spices you like

Mix into the veggies and mix 1c grated cheese.

Place in baking dish and bake at 150 degrees celsius until cooked (about 1/2 to 3/4 hour depending on what veggies you use)
