Gluten Free Tuna Pate
I have been making this for over 40 years. It is a family favorite. I was diagnosed as gluten-intolerant about 4 months ago.

Ingredients:
2 6 oz cans tuna in water, drained
1 8 oz gf cream cheese, room temperature
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon catsup
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
2 – 4 Tablespoons chopped onion, to taste
Sometime, I add chopped celery and green pepper.
Method:
Mix well. Refrigerate. Serve on a cut up tomato, corn thins, or rice cake.
