Gluten Free Thanks Giving Cake

Hi, my name is Lindsay Chamberlain, and I have celiac disease and am allergic to milk as well!

Ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine the following:
3/4 cup white rice flour
3/4 cups brown rice flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice


In another bowl, cream together:
1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup raw sugar

Method:

Stir In:
3 eggs
1/2 cup fancy molasses
3/4 cup dairy free milk

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined. Pour into a greased cake pan and sprinkle the top with raw sugar. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Serve hot or cold.
