Gluten Free Sorbet

Hi Peter, here are two gluten free dessert recipes which I love. As I am unable to have dairy products as well these are great in the summer:
From – Sharon

Ingredients:

400ml Can Lite Coconut Cream
1 Banana
Half Fresh Pineapple
Vanilla Essence

Method:

Put all above ingredients in vitamizer.
Blend and Chop
Then pour all ingredients into a Frozen Ice Cream Machine.
Churn.
Pour into containers.
Freeze

Variations of fruits maybe used eg.
Banana and Watermelon
Banana and Peaches
Banana, Kiwi Fruit and Pineapple
