Gluten Free Sesame Seed Squares

Ingredients:

250 grams (1 1/2 cups) sesame seeds
1 1/2 cups coconut
1/3 cup peanut butter (paste)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup raw sugar
1 teas vanilla essence

Method:

Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Press evenly into lightly greased (or use baking paper) lamington tray
Bake in slow oven 30 minutes or until mixture is light golden brown.
Cut into squares while hot. Cool in tin.
