Gluten Free Sesame Candy
One of my gluten free recipes. Notice it only has 3 ingredients and very few preparation steps. Can you tell I like sweets??

Ingredients:
One cup honey
One cup sesame seeds (toasted are preferred but I’ve always used untoasted)
½ tsp. salt
Method:
Combine honey and sesame seeds with salt and pour in a non stick pan. Bring to a boil and let boil, stirring constantly, for 15 minutes. Pour into a nonstick pan that is sprayed with pan spray or lightly oiled. Let cool and break apart into bite size pieces.
Soak your pan (the first one) immediately in water after pouring out the hot candy mixture (it will be too hot to wash immediately but if you let it sit it will be very difficult to clean later).
