Gluten Free Scones

Hi, coeliac disease runs very heavily in my family. Here’s a recipe you may like.

Ingredients:

1 cup of g/f bread mix
1/3 cup sultanas
approx 1/4 cup water
1 dstpn sugar
1 0z butter
1 tspn honey

Method:

Sift bread mix, add sugar. Rub in butter. Add fruit. Mix honey and water together. Add combined honey and water.. blend well.

Pat dough gently into a square. Cut into shapes. Brush with a little milk or beaten egg.

Place on cold greased oven tray.

Bake 210c for 8-10 mins. Makes 8 scones
