Gluten Free Rice Lasagne

This is a favorite recipe of our non gluten free relatives as well!

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 16 ounce container of cottage cheese
1 32 ounce jar of pasta sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
4 cups cooked rice
2 cups grated mozarella cheese

Method:

Brown ground beef in skillet with garlic. Drain fat.
Remove from heat and add cottage cheese and pasta sauce.
Season to taste.

Spread half of the cooked rice in a 13 x 9 pan, layer with half the meat mixture and do another layer of rice, followed by meat mixture.
Top with cheese and bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes to heat and melt cheese.
