Gluten Free Quick and Easy Rice Biscuits
I have just been told I have celiac disease so I thought I would share this gluten free rice biscuit recipe with you that I have happened to enjoy all my life.

Ingredients:
225 grams rice flour
100g castor sugar
100g butter
1 egg
and flavouring
Method:
Beat the butter into a cream
Beat the egg
Stir the flour and sugar into the butter
Stir the eggs into the mixture and mix well
Roll small balls of the mixture and then flatten these onto a greased baking tray
Bake in a preheated oven 180 degrees celsius for 12-18 minutes until brown
Turn out onto a wire tray to cool and dry
Store in an airtight container.
