Gluten Free Maize Bread

Ingredients:

250ml  Maize Flour
pinch of  salt
300ml  milk
2   eggs
25ml  sugar
10ml  baking powder
25ml  margarine
sesame seed

Method:

Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Heat milk, margarine and eggs (but don’t boil).
Add dry ingredients in whilst still warm and mix thoroughly.
Line Bread Tin with Baking Paper and add mixture.
Sprinkle Sesame seed on top and bake in oven at 220°C till brown.
