Gluten Free Ice Cream

Hi Peter, here are two gluten free dessert recipes which I love. As I am unable to have dairy products as well these are great in the summer:
From – Sharon

Ingredients:

225g Firm Silken Tofu
400ml Can Lite Coconut Cream
Vanilla Essence
1 Banana
1 Mango
Vanilla Essence
Honey for sweetness (optional)

Method:

Put all above ingredients in a vitamizer.
Blend and Chop.
Then add all ingredients into a Frozen Ice Cream Machine.
Churn.
Put into containers.
Freeze

Variations of fruit maybe used:
Banana and Passionfruit
Banana and Watermelon
Banana and Peaches
Banana and Apricots
Varities of Berries
