Gluten Free Greek Dish
Recipe for a Greek dish. Enjoy

Ingredients:
4 larger zucini’s
1 large onion,
1/2 red capsicum
1/2 green capsicum
2 cloves of garlic
Olive oil,
Lemon.
1/2 Jar of pure tomatoes puree
Salt pepper
Oregano
Method:
Peel and slice zucchinis and potatoes,
Slice onions into rings, chop red and green peppers
Add garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper
Place into oven dish
Cover with olive oil (only pure will do)
Add tomato puree
Sprinkle oregano,
Toss evenly.
Bake in oven at 220 for 1 hour
Cover with al foil
