Gluten Free Chicken Sauce

Ingredients:
In a small bowl mix 1/2 cup orange juice, 2 tablespoons grey Poupon mustard, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 3 teaspoons applecider vinegar. Saute 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a little olive oil turning once.
Method:
After 4 min, remove and add sauce to pan. Cook 3-4 mins to slightly thicken, add chicken breasts back to pan to glaze. Serve with baked sweet potatoes mashed with cinnamon and Smart Balance and Vegetables or rice.
This sauce is equally good with boneless pork chops.
