Gluten Free Bread
Hi Peter, I suffer from IBS, I am not Coeliac. I am intolerant to most grains but am able to eat oats although not cornflour and use arrowroot instead. Am allergic to fat plus other foods so not all recipes are suitable for me. Dying to try out the Sesame Seed Candy as I had a favourite which I could buy in Australia but moved to New Zealand over a year ago and cannot get these sesame bars here.

Ingredients:
Approx. 300ml water, 2 eggs, 2 tsp.oil.
Method:
Put in bread-maker and then add dry ingredients. 250g – buckwheat flour, 50g – soy flour, 100g – arrowroot, 1 tsp – guar gum, 1 tsp – cream of tartar, 2 tsp – Gluten Free baking powder. Consistency of sticky batter. Can add sesame seeds for top.
Cook on quick cycle and then finish browning in oven.
