Gluten Free Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 medium ripened banana
2 heaping tbsp. silken tofu
2 small round pickled beets or freshly cooked
2 teas. cinnamon
1 or 2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. flax meal, oil or whatever you can find that is wheat and gluten free
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 to 1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 to 1/2 cup soy milk

Serves 1 person.

Method:

Put ingredients in your smoothie maker and enjoy!
