Gluten Free Angel Food Cake Surprise

With a busy schedule I like quick and easy.

Here is a very easy recipe, low-cal and very good.

Ingredients:

1 package of gluten free Angel Cake
1 28 oz of crushed pineapple in its own juice.

Method:

Preheat oven at 375
Mix these two ingredients together. (ONLY THESE TWO, with juice too)
Pour into a 10inch tube pan (spray with non-stick spray) or 13 X 9 pyrex pan (sprayed with non – stick spray)
Bake at 375 for about 42 mins or until golden brown.
Let cool. Do not invert.
When cool – remove from pan and serve.
