Gluten Free All Purpose Flour

Use this recipe for all baking:

Ingredients:

400g Chickpea Flour (Channa)
400g Maize Cornflour
200g Potato Flour
200g Cornmeal
40g Guar Gum
12 T Almond Meal

Method:

1. Weigh all ingredients on digital scales, zeroing in between measures.
2. Pour into supermarket bag (without holes), shake.
3. Sift into large bowl. Stir.
4. Pour into flour container.  Seal
