I started this informative website after I had written a book on the subject of gluten intolerance and celiac disease – ‘The Essential Gluten Free Guide’.

The reason I started GlutenReview.com was because I often receive emails asking me for advice and help with managing a gluten free diet.

I wanted to create a place so anyone can easily access information, receive up to date news, articles and recipes.
